We are delighted to welcome you to The First UBT International Conference on Sports Medicine (ICSM) 2025. ICSM 2025 serves as a distinguished platform for researchers, clinicians, and professionals to share their latest scientific and technical contributions in the field of sports medicine and related disciplines.
We warmly invite you to submit your original, unpublished research to ICSM 2025. Whether you are at an early stage of your work or ready to present complete results, both extended abstracts (2–3 pages) and full papers (3–6 pages) are welcomed.
To ensure fairness and high academic standards, please kindly observe the following important guidelines:
Originality: Submissions must be original, not previously published, and not under review by any other journal or conference.
Language and Length: Manuscripts should be written in English and should not exceed six (6) printed pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Formatting: Papers must be formatted using the official IEEE conference proceedings template on A4 paper. A Microsoft Word template is available for your convenience (here Microsoft Word Template).Please, use the predefined styles within the template rather than manual formatting to maintain consistency and avoid delays.
Plagiarism Check: All submissions will undergo a plagiarism screening process using Turnitin software to uphold the highest academic integrity.
Final Paper Submission: Upon acceptance, authors are kindly requested to submit their final paper in PDF format by email to [email protected]
Publication: Only papers that are both accepted through peer review and presented at the conference will be published in the official ICSM 2025 Conference Proceedings.
